years now ... I complain about the total lack of the organs responsible for stray animals and animal ill-treatment condition. ..
In several cases I have sent mail on the subject ...
but recently (thanks to a policy in my opinion on Villain)
dropouts or mistreatment (which I often appropriately documented!)
have increased dramatically.
This reinforces my belief that having a reasonable request to the City DAMAGES (to be donated to an Association for the Protection of Animals in my trust) ...
as the intended victim of such abandonment of dogs and cats (abused, starved, sick, beaten, etc.). too often myself.
As mentioned in the past is known and documented that, for every situation of abandonment,
structures should take care that it is "recommended" Unfortunately, my name
that, as is known, has no facilities ...
and never could get help from the various administrations
proved insensitive ALL ...
with the exception of the current one that
in my humble opinion, has proved even harmful!
I only regret that
to render this into account, considering the times of the Italian law, will probably not be the current Mayor and his (I think) for anything sensitive assessors.
